Silhouette Soft 16 Cones 10 threads from Sinclair are a polylactic acid thread material used to restructure collagen fibres and stimulate fibroblasts in subcutaneous tissue. The absorbable, biocompatible sutures with 16 bi-directional cones combine two modes of action: on the one hand, they have a lifting effect for immediate, discreet results, and on the other hand, they have a volumizing effect for gradual, natural results. Directly during treatment, the doctor or alternative practitioner can define the area in question by lifting and contracting the tissue with the help of the bidirectionally applied cones. Over time, collagen production is stimulated by the natural absorption of the polylactic acid suture material. This further improves the treatment area. Silhouette Soft is the only product on the market for aesthetic medical products that combines these two modes of action. After about twelve weeks, the suture material together with the cones begin to break down in the skin – but the lifting effect is retained in the tissue through collagenesis.
