EpLine‘s twin sutures are PDO sutures that are tailored to tighten the lower arm, facial contours and the inner thigh. A clearly visible volume increase can also be achieved without any problems. The product consists of two threads twisted into each other, which were developed to stimulate the superficial muscle and connective tissue system. By increasing the collagen formation of the tissue volume, the tissue structures are visibly tightened. The absorbable, biocompatible polydioxanone threads, which aim to restructure the collagenous fibres, dissolve without residue after a few weeks and are completely absorbed by the dermis. However, the lifting effect remains in the tissue due to collagenesis. EpLine’s twin sutures help to fix the skin while stimulating collagen formation and cell tissue activity. By being inserted uniformly into the dermis, they lift the muscle and tissue to give the skin elasticity and activate fibroblasts. This enables natural and lasting anti-aging without surgery. As the PDO sutures gradually begin to dissolve, they contribute to a continuous production of collagen, which further supports the lifting effect and noticeably improves the skin texture.
